PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES THOROUGHLY UPON ARRIVAL ANDæ 
GETæ THE DELIVERING COMPANY TO NOTATE ALL DAMAGES ON THEæ 
BILL OF LADING. THIS IS FOR THE DELIVERY COMPANY CLAIMS 
DEPARTMENT, THEY WILL REFUSE THE CLAIM IF THE DAMAGE IS NOTæ 
STATED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. IF THE DAMAGE IS SO SEVEREæ 
BEYOND BEING USED REFUSE THE PACKAGE WITH THE REASON BEINGæ 
DAMAGED. AFTER REFUSING OR RECEIVING THE PACKAGE PLEASEæ 
NOTIFY ææ Charlotte Truck Parts, INC. IMMEDIATELY SO THATæ 
WE CAN GET A REPLACEMENT TO YOU. 

IF A PART IS SHIPPED TO YOU AND IT IS WRONG:æ 
IF THE REASON FOR THE PART BEING WRONG IS ON OUR SALESPERSONæ 
BEHALF WE WILL CORRECT THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILLæ 
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FREIGHT COST. 

IF THE REASON FOR THE PART BEING WRONG IS BECAUSE WE WEREæ 
PROVIDED WITH THE INCORRECT INFORMATION SUCH AS YEAR MODEL,æ 
MAKE, ENGINE SIZE, ETC GIVEN TO US WE WILL STILL BE HAPPY TOæ 
REPLACE THE PART IMMEDIATELY, BUT THE PURCHASER WILL BEæ 
RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FREIGHT INCURRED.

OF TIME. IF THE PART CAN NOT BE REPLACED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNTæ 
OF TIME, A REFUND OR CREDIT (CREDIT CARD PURCHASES) WILL BE GIVENæ 
AFTER THE PART HAS BEEN RECEIVED BACK TO OUR COMPANY IN THEæ 
SAME CONDITION AS SHIPPED. 


IF A PART IS RETURNED AND THE PURCHASER DOES NOT WISH FOR ITæ 
TO BE REPLACED, THE PURCHASER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLæ 
FREIGHT INVOLVED AND A 25% RETURN FEE WILL BE CHARGED. THISæ 
WILL APPLY IN ALL CASES. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

ABSOLUTELY, NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. 

ALL PARTS WHICH CARRY A TIME WARRANTY SUCH AS 30, 60 OR 90 DAYSæ 
WILL APPEAR ON YOUR INVOICE. 

ANY PART WHICH IS CHARGE A CORE CHARGE SHOULD BE RETURNED ATæ 
THE PURCHASERS EXPENSE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. ALL COREæ 
CHARGES WILL BE PAID AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. CORE CHARGESæ 
WILL BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED ON PURCHASERS CREDIT CARDæ 
AFTER RECEIVED BY OUR COMPANY. CORES ARE TO BE RETURNEDæ 
WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR FULL CREDIT. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDæ 
THAT WHEN RETURNING A CORE VIA UPS OR ANY OTHER SHIPPING CARRIERæ 
MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET A TRACKING NUMBER SO THAT THE PACKAGEæ 
CAN BE TRACED. KEEP IN MIND THAT NOT ALL PACKAGES SHIPPED VIAæ 
US MAIL CAN BE TRACKED. 

FOR ANY REASON THAT YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A COPY OF INVOICE ALONGæ 
WITH A CREDIT CARD RECEIPT IF PURCHASING VIA CREDIT CARD WITHæ 
YOUR PACKAGE OR VIA U.S. MAIL PLEASE NOTIFY OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELYæ 
SO THAT WE CAN GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 
THE INVOICE IS PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WILL STATE THE FULL WARRANTY.
